We have chosen our forest five on the following criteria.
- their habitat is restricted to evergreen montane forests
- they are found at Birders Cottage
- they are difficult to locate in the forest
- Black-fronted Bush-Shrike
- Cape Parrot.
- Orange Ground Thrush.
- Green Twinspot.
- Brown Scrub-Robin
In reserve :- Yellow-streaked Greenbul.
